Sean is the Youth Media & Communications Lead for Serving to Help Cyclists (S2HC), where he brings a clear, authentic voice to the organization’s outreach, storytelling, and community engagement. Homeschooled and deeply connected to the cycling community, Sean uses his creativity and communication skills to highlight S2HC’s mission, share the stories of riders and families, and promote bike safety and awareness across Central Texas.
His commitment to helping others began early. After witnessing the impact of a serious bike accident and a leukemia diagnosis within his mountain bike family, Sean stepped forward and orchestrated a fundraiser that rallied the community and provided meaningful support. That moment revealed his natural leadership, compassion, and ability to inspire action — qualities that now define his role within S2HC.
As a cyclist, Sean has already taken on challenges far beyond his age, including participating in the demanding 24‑Hour Palo Duro Canyon endurance event. His firsthand experience with long‑distance riding gives him a unique perspective on safety, equipment, and the emotional side of cycling — insights he brings into every story, photo, and media project he creates.
In his role as Media Lead, Sean helps shape S2HC’s public presence by capturing photos and video at events, interviewing riders and families, assisting with social media content, and communicating the mission to sponsors, partners, and the broader community. His work ensures that ever
